• Account details, such as your name, business name, email address, and sign-in information.
• Business records you enter, including client contact details, dog profiles, session notes, vaccine dates, bookings, and photos.
• Demo and contact requests, such as the name and email address you submit to watch the product demo.
• Payment information processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment, but we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information, such as browser type, device, pages visited, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to serve the correct version of the site.

How we use information

• To provide RisePup, including dog records, booking, deposits, and drafts of posts, recaps, and reminders.
• To publish content to connected social accounts, only after you approve it.
• To send messages you approve to your clients, such as session recaps and reminders.
• To respond to demo requests and support questions, and to send service updates.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve RisePup.

Your clients' information

When you add clients and their dogs to RisePup, you control that information and we process it on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to share client details and photos with RisePup and to contact your clients.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run RisePup, such as hosting, database, payment, and email providers; with social platforms you connect, when you approve a post; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer, subject to this policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to route you to the current version of the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account information by contacting us at support@risepup.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Children

RisePup is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as RisePup changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above, and we will notify account holders of material changes.
