Using RisePup

RisePup is intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for activity under your account.

Founding Supporter purchase

• The Founding Supporter offer is a one-time payment of $50, processed by Stripe.
• The $50 is credited to your plan when RisePup launches.
• You can request a full refund by email at any time before your subscription starts. After your subscription starts, the payment is applied as plan credit and is no longer refundable.
• Founding Supporters receive 30% off the plan they choose at launch for as long as they keep their account.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel or pause your plan at any time from your account settings. Plan prices are shown before you subscribe.

Your content and client data

You keep ownership of the content you add, including client records, dog records, notes, and photos. You give RisePup permission to store, process, and display that content to provide the service, including creating drafts for you. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share client information and photos and to contact your clients.

Drafted and published content

RisePup drafts posts, recaps, and reminders from your notes. Review drafts before approving them. You are responsible for content you approve and publish, and for following the rules of the platforms you connect.

Acceptable use

• Do not use RisePup for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.
• Do not send spam or contact people without permission.
• Do not try to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.

Third-party services

RisePup works with services such as Stripe, Instagram, and Facebook. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Changes to the service

RisePup is in early access, and features may change, be added, or be removed as we build with trainers. We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

RisePup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, RisePup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using RisePup at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
